为进一步扩大我校国际学生预科项目影响力，系统普及预科招生政策、培养体系与办学优势，全面彰显我校国际化办学特色、优质教学资源与多元校园文化，进一步拓宽国际生源渠道、提升预科生源质量，我校现正式启动国际学生预科宣传大使招募工作。本次招募面向全校师生，旨在选拔优秀宣传骨干，组建专项宣传团队，助力我校预科项目国际化招生推广工作，诚邀广大师生踊跃报名参与！
Anhui Normal University is officially launching the recruitment of International Student Preparatory Program Enrollment Ambassadors. To further expand the influence of the university’s international student preparatory program, popularize its enrollment policies, training systems and school-running advantages, fully demonstrate our characteristics of international education, high-quality teaching resources and diverse campus culture, and further expand international student sources and improve the quality of preparatory students, we sincerely invite outstanding teachers and students to join our special promotion team for the international enrollment of the preparatory program.
一、工作责任 RESPONSIBILITIES
1. 精准宣讲我校国际学生预科项目的招生资讯、报考条件、收费标准、培养方案及各项招生政策，全面普及预科项目的升学优势。
2. 结合自身经历与视角，真实展示我校预科教学质量、校园环境、留学生活及育人特色，塑造我校国际化办学的良好品牌形象。
3. 面向海外院校、意向学生及家长，详细介绍我校国际化教育理念、预科办学现状与人才培养成果。
4. 主动对接海内外教育机构、合作院校及各类社群平台，开拓预科优质生源渠道，搭建高效的招生沟通桥梁。
1. Publicize accurately the enrollment information, application requirements, fee standards, training programs and relevant policies of AHNU’s international student preparatory program, and fully popularize its advantages for further academic advancement.
2. Authentically demonstrate the teaching quality, campus environment, international student life and educational characteristics of AHNU’s preparatory program based on personal experience, and build a sound brand image of the university’s international education.
3. Introduce the university’s international education concepts, current development of preparatory education and talent training achievements to overseas institutions, prospective students and their parents.
4. Take the initiative to connect with domestic and foreign educational institutions, cooperative universities and community platforms, explore high-quality student sources for the preparatory program, and build an efficient communication channel for enrollment promotion.
二、招生宣传方式 PROMOTION MODE
1. 线上平台推广：将预科招生海报、招生简章、科普视频、图文推文等宣传素材，发布至国内外主流短视频平台、社交网络、社群及个人自媒体账号等线上渠道。
2. 线下渠道拓展：依托自身资源，对接海内外高中、高职院校、教育培训机构、留学服务机构等，开展预科项目宣讲、政策解读、咨询答疑等线下宣传活动。
3. 创新形式宣传：鼓励结合个人特长与资源创新宣传模式，通过经验分享、直播宣讲、一对一咨询答疑、院校合作推介等多元化形式开展招生宣传工作。
4. 内容审核要求：所有拟公开发布的预科宣传素材，包括文字、图片、视频、宣讲文稿等，均须提前提交至国际教育学院审核，审核通过后方可对外发布使用。
1. Online promotion: Release promotional materials of the preparatory program, including enrollment posters, brochures, popular science videos and graphic articles, on domestic and foreign mainstream short video platforms, social networks, communities and personal self-media accounts.
2. Offline expansion: Leverage personal and institutional resources to connect with domestic and foreign high schools, vocational colleges, educational training institutions and overseas study service providers, and carry out offline promotion activities such as program briefings, policy interpretation and enrollment consultation.
3. Innovative promotion: Ambassadors are encouraged to develop creative promotion methods based on personal strengths and resources, including experience sharing, live-streamed presentations, one-on-one consultation and institutional cooperation promotion.
4. Content review mechanism: All preparatory program promotional materials to be publicly released, including texts, images, videos and presentation manuscripts, must be submitted to the Office of International Exchange and Cooperation for prior review and approval before official publication.
三、招募对象 APPLICANTS
本次招募面向安徽师范大学全体在读国际学生、校友及在职教职工，具体要求如下：
1. 热爱安徽师范大学，熟知学校办学概况、国际化办学成果及预科项目特色，积极关注学校国际教育事业发展；
2. 在职教师需品行端正、责任心强，熟悉国际学生招生工作，具备良好的沟通表达、公开宣讲及资源对接能力；
3. 在读国际学生及校友需在校表现良好、学业优良，无任何校规校纪违纪记录，集体荣誉感强，具备较好的表达与组织协调能力；
4. 具备短视频拍摄剪辑、文案创作、自媒体运营、海外资源对接等相关技能者优先录用。
This recruitment is open to all current international students, alumni and in-service faculty members of Anhui Normal University. Specific requirements are as follows:
1. Applicants shall love Anhui Normal University, be familiar with the university’s general development, international education achievements and characteristics of the preparatory program, and pay active attention to the development of the university’s international education.
2. In-service faculty members shall have good conduct and a strong sense of responsibility, be proficient in international student enrollment work, and possess excellent communication, public presentation and resource docking capabilities.
3. Current international students and alumni shall have good academic performance and conduct during their study at the university, no record of violating university regulations, a strong sense of collective honor, and sound communication, organization and coordination abilities.
4. Applicants with skills in video shooting and editing, copywriting, self-media operation and overseas resource docking are preferred.
四、招募流程 RECRUITMENT PROCESS
1. 报名阶段：本次招募接受个人报名或团队报名（团队人数不超过4人，支持师生组队申报）。申请者可扫描下方二维码或点击指定链接，填写报名问卷并提交项目申报书。
2. 申报材料：《预科招生宣传大使项目申请书》
3. 截止时间：即日起至2027年6月30日
4. 选拔阶段：国际教育学院联合国际教育学院对申报材料进行初审，通过初审的申请者将进入面试考核环节，主办方结合综合表现确定最终入选名单。
5. 培训阶段：学院将对入选的师生宣传大使开展统一专项培训，发放预科招生简章、宣传手册、宣讲素材等配套资料，并针对宣讲技巧、对外沟通规范、宣传工作准则等内容开展全方位指导。
1. Application: Individual and team applications are accepted (each team shall have no more than 4 members, and teacher-student teams are permitted). Applicants may scan the QR code or click the designated link to fill out the application questionnaire and submit the project application form.

4. Selection: The School of International Education and the Office of International Exchange and Cooperation will conduct a preliminary review of application materials. Candidates who pass the preliminary review will attend an interview, and the final list of selected ambassadors will be determined based on comprehensive evaluation.
5. Training: The school will provide unified professional training for selected teacher and student ambassadors, distribute supporting materials including preparatory program brochures and promotion guides, and offer comprehensive guidance on presentation skills, external communication norms and promotion work standards.
五、考核机制 ASSESSMENT
本次预科宣传大使项目实行阶段性考核制度，所有入选个人及团队须完成两次项目成果汇报。主办方将结合生源拓展成效、宣传形式创新性、宣传工作体量、实际招生成果等维度开展综合考评，评选出一、二、三等奖及优秀奖。
1. 中期成果汇报：2026年10月
2. 终期成果汇报：2027年6月
A phased assessment system is adopted for the Preparatory Program Enrollment Ambassador project. All selected individuals and teams are required to complete two project achievement reports. The organizer will conduct comprehensive evaluation based on the effectiveness of student source expansion, innovation of promotion forms, workload of promotion work and actual enrollment outcomes, and select winners of the first, second, third prizes and excellence awards.

Final Achievement Report: June 2027

1. Capacity Improvement: Help participants polish comprehensive capabilities including external presentation, business docking, new media operation and resource integration, accumulate practical experience in international education exchanges, and comprehensively improve personal comprehensive quality and core employability.
2. Official Certificate: All teacher and student ambassadors who pass the final assessment will be awarded the official honor certificate of "AHNU International Student Preparatory Program Enrollment Ambassador", jointly issued by the School of International Education and the Office of International Exchange and Cooperation.
3. Honors and Rewards: Individuals and teams with excellent assessment results and outstanding promotion achievements will be granted special honorary awards and material rewards. Relevant excellent work experience can serve as an important reference for students’ comprehensive quality evaluation and faculty’s teacher ethics assessment.
七、其他说明
1. 全体宣传大使须严格遵守学校宣传工作管理规范，自觉维护学校声誉与良好形象，合规有序开展各项招生宣传工作。
2. 所有宣传工作全程由国际教育学院监督与指导，严禁开展违规宣传、虚假宣传等不当行为。
3. 本次招募活动的最终解释权归安徽师范大学国际教育学院所有。
1. All ambassadors shall strictly abide by the university’s management regulations on publicity work, consciously safeguard the university’s reputation and positive image, and carry out enrollment promotion work in a standardized and orderly manner.
2. All promotion work is under the full supervision and guidance of the School of International Education. Illegal or false promotion is strictly prohibited.
3. The School of International Education of Anhui Normal University reserves the final right of interpretation for this recruitment activity.
